Ultra-compact electric vehicles are being tested in Seoul as part of a campaign to take advantage of new technologies to improve the environment of the city. These cars are 1/3 the size of normal sized cars, have speeds of up to 80km/h and can fit 1 or 2 people inside. Ultra-Compact electric vehicles are being tested now so they can go on sale in 2016. Not only will these cars improve the levels of air pollution but there will be improvements in parking, traffic congestion and a reduction in noise pollution due to the use of these new technologies.
