These countries have used
different regimes and combinations of measures. Moreover,
the results, when it comes to cost per kWh
installed and the amount of power generated have
varied between them.
In Section 4, learning curves for the three countries
are estimated and compared. The underlying factors
that explain the shape and slope of the learning curve
are being qualitatively discussed.
Section 5 includes the conclusions from the analysis,
and some issues that ought to be considered when
designing policies for renewable energy sources.
