Suphanburi went ahead in the fourth minute through a Carmelo Gonzalez goal, only to see Jeoug Woo-Geun level the score two minutes later.
Gonzalez struck again for Suphanburi in the 16th, but Jeoug cancelled out the visitors' advantage once more eight minutes into the second half, before Dellatorre netted the winner.
