For all incoming emails sent to support@shopee, if it's from local Government authorities, regulatory bodies, Police, Courts, etc, please forward them to Legal immediately, regardless of content.
We have set up the system trigger in Zendesk, which should auto-forward to Legal and myself. If you see in Zendesk, pls make sure it has been forwarded. If not, forward manually using gmail.
For physical documents from local Government authorities, regulatory bodies, Police, Courts, etc, please scan and forward to Legal, regardless of content as well.
Do not reply to those emails / letters immediately. Legal will advise and prepare response.
Bottomline is we need to respond in a timely fashion to these emails and notices. Any delay on our part might cause a material impact on the business.
Do brief the team on this and make sure they comply.
