In this paper the focus on automation for the threshing and separation process lies on a rotary threshing system with 2 rotors as illustrated in Fig.1. The crop flow is transported by the grain elevator to the two rotating rotors. As soon as it gets in contact with the rotating auger blades at the entry of the threshing and separation section, the crop undergoes a helical movement with higher speeds as it advances along the rotor axis.
