1. To define brand in-store strategy and priorities by channel and ensure flawless execution.
2. To be in charge of formulating merchandising strategy (space, location, branding and listing guidelines)
3. To develop trade promotional master plan/calendar based on a segmented channel perspective.
4. To maximize brand awareness and consumer sales for our products through strong retail marketing implementations
5. Secure strong sales and marketing alignment through cross functional collaboration to improve retail execution such as New product launch and tracking, Promotion support.
6. To engage in category development project with customer such as Category Captain
7. To cooperate with agency to develop key visual from brand team into POSM by format by channel
8. To join demand forecast meeting to monitor and review bottom up volume phasing by month by account to inline with marketing and promotion program.
