We have packed the package well before shipping, the damage maybe caused during shipping. Hope you can understand.
We´d like to resend the item with good quality to you, but we are afraid it may take a long time. Also, we are a fraid that the same thing will happen again. So, in order to save time and money, what about refunding you the full payment as compensation and you keep the item ?
