As indicated in the attached letter, these templates will be minimum CCP standards that must be implemented where applicable for product exported to Censea.
Censea requires that these standards be implemented in each supplier's respective Seafood HACCP Plans and a signed revalidation must be conducted.
All suppliers at minimum need to incorporate all of the attached templates in their respective Seafood HACCP Plans, obviously where required for the individual CCPs.
Where a CCP template is not provided for a respective CCP that is present, that supplier needs to send that CCP as they have currently written to Censea for review.
All revised Seafood HACCP Plans incorporating the CCP Templates where applicable need to be sent back to Censea within 14 days of receipt of the attached letter and templates.
In addition, all SSOP revisions and a sample of recordkeeping of monitoring need to be attached with the Seafood HACCP Plans.
Any further revisions required to any Seafood HACCP Plan will require a subsequent revalidation by the supplier.
Please incorporate these templates into your Seafood HACCP Plans, revalidate the Seafood HACCP Plans and immediate forward these plans back to Censea with all requirements listed here and within the attached letter within 14 days of receipt.
Censea will be working with suppliers to facilitate achieving regulatory compliance.
