Machine operators are trained to the highest degree possible by experienced TEEPACK instructors at our plant in Meerbusch.

The objective of the training programme at TEEPACK is to enable stocking the machines with materials, independent recognition and simple elimination of machine failures, switching to other products and efficient machine operation and maintenance.

The road map for the training is always the operating instructions manual. The settings described in the operating instructions manual are regarded as the minimum requirement and are communicated as such by the trainer.

More than 60 years' experience, forward-looking technical know-how and a comprehensive range of services have enabled us to assume a leading role in the area of tea bag production and to gain the trust of our customers. The development of the vertical form, fill and seal machine ZENOBIA has also made it possible for us to provide ultra-modern packing solutions for the Food and Non-Food areas, with the aim of expanding our technological leadership in this field as well.

We recommend a training period of at least 10 workdays, assuming the trainee already has prior technical knowledge, preferably in the area of packing machines. In addition to the above-mentioned course, we also offer an advanced course, the content of which is defined in coordination with the customer. The best preconditions for the training sessions are a good technical education and knowledge in the areas of pneumatics and electronics. The training can be conducted in English and/or German. In case other languages are required, interpreters with solid technical knowledge will be brought in.

Once the machine operator has been trained at TEEPACK, he will be in a position to pass on his knowledge to third parties.

We can also conduct the training sessions on the customer's premises upon request.
