Thank you for choosing Fossil! At this time, we will be unable to finish processing your order. Currently we are not able to accept international credit card information and can only process credit cards issued within the United States that are associated with a US billing address. We must also be able to ship to a US address.
We do advise the charges you see on your account are only pending authorizations, which will drop from your account within three to five business days from the original date of your attempted transaction. Be advised, that we are unable to bill you for an order until it ships out. We will not ship this order, and therefore, will not be billing you.
If there are pending authorizations on your card or bank account, please let us know the name of your card issuing institution, contact department, your billing address, and email or fax number so that Fossil may file a request with your bank and have the pending transactions dropped within 24 hours of the time we receive your request.
