I'm so sorry to hear about your participants illness, and to find out that you suspect {Piu} to be the cause of it. This is deeply upsetting news, as I have always made it my first and foremost priority to serve food of the highest quality to our customers and to provide a fully satisfying dining experience to all.
Please know that we take all complaints very seriously and that I shall be launching an in-depth investigation of the incident immediately. In the meantime, should you wish to return to {Piu}, I will personally ensure that all is not happened again.
