These two authorization charges are applied to your credit card to verify that it is a valid payment method. To avoid a Community Market Cooldown you were asked to enter the amounts at https://store.steampowered.com/account/verifycards.
Valve has not received any funds for these charges. They will automatically drop off your statement within 10 days. If the funds do not drop off in this time frame you will need to contact your bank/credit card company and have them release the funds.
