Histopathological analysis revealed thatmany inclusion bodies were
strongly stained by H&E, exhibiting peripheral staining near the mem-brane.Fig. 2shows that lymphocystis cells squeezed each other, show-ing irregular shape andenlargednucleus. The sizeof these lymphocystis
cellswas approximately 100 times greater than that of normal cells, and
lots of large basophilic inclusion bodies with irregular reticular forma-tion were found in the cytoplasm.
