PET bottles are delivered to the plant shaped as preforms. Preforms are heated and blown into bottles under aseptic conditions. All inputs referring to the bottling process were given in the questionnaire with the exception of the data related to the packaging, which were taken from Doublet (2012) (see Table 2.8).
