If you haven't been paid for an item that you sold, start by communicating directly with the buyer.
If you would prefer not to complete the sale, you can cancel an order.
If you can't work things out with the buyer, you can open an unpaid item case.
If you have resolved the problem or received payment, you can close an unpaid item case.
You may also be able to get a credit for the final value fee for the item.
