Abstract
This report presents the methodology and procedural guidelines to minimize time in the documentation related to the project coordinator Department through a Flowchart is made so that the company can apply and can be beneficial in the future.
By making the hypothesis has been applied, such as making a Flowchart and PDCA experimental knowledge of KAIZEN refer to this project as well.
