Re KS thoughts.
My understanding is that non-competition etc. is part of Thai labour law. When we registered with the labour department, this must have been covered.
In addition, I believe it is also part of the Company control procedures.
Moving forward, we will follow Khun Vichai recommendations if/when we hear from the labour department.
Re the Company, can we go through the procedures and pull out the pages that need amending to take references out for this team? We will also need to amend the web site and the Company profile.
The organisation chart will need amending once we have agreed the new structure.
