1. Balance your self on your right foot and stand next to a line on the floor
2. Jump laterally over the line. Try to land softly
3. As soon as you land on the other side of the line jump back to the side you started on with the same foot.
4. Continue jumping back and forth for the des ired amount of time or repetitions.
5. Switch to the other foot and rep eat 1-4
