measurement. This is because a one-time measurement after several events
or a one-time measurement at the end of the year cannot reflect the actual
public relations effort effectiveness. Changes in satisfactory level,
awareness level, acknowledge level, and behavioral change level of the
target groups might be caused from other factors, not from public
communication efforts by the Department of Disease Control
