With my present employer I am responsible for handling a high volumes of inbound and outbound calls to generate awareness and revenue. During my career I have worked for telesales companies, call centres and in showrooms talking to customers face to face. I have become very experienced in handling day to day queries, building relationships with customers and getting referrals from clients. In addition to this I have always tried to get to the core of a problem so that it does not keep popping up again and again.
