Task 1 Hygienic Zoning of the Facility and Selection of Sample Locations
Each Facility
1 Each facility shall hygienically zone in accordance with the MJN HACCP Prerequisite Requirements for Facility Hygienic zoning.
2 The environmental hygiene monitoring program owner (or designate) shall conduct a review of each hygiene zone and determine the number and general locations of samples to be collected in each area.
3 The environmental hygiene monitoring program owner (or designate) shall document the sample locations (Plant, Building, Rooms, Site and Hygiene Zone) into the GLIMS or data collection system.
