Sales Force Automation (InTouch) & Reporting:
Lead the continuous improvement of Sales Force
Automation and all related project initiatives.
Ensure full BCP for Sales Automation and other
Sales Operation workflow.
Act as a liaison/partner between Global/Regional
team and DMHT to incorporate organization best
practices.
Drive efficiency and robust reporting through
process simplification and improvement.
Support Sales Operation Manager in sales
engagement through proper communication and
training
Delivery of all Commercial Dashboard/Scorecard
with accuracy and on a timely basis to alleviate
issue areas and formulate solutions along with BU
leaders.
