We analysed data using SmartPLS 2.0 PLS path modelling (variance-based SEM) because it is
considered relatively less sensitive to the violation of assumptions of normality (Chin, 1998; Henseler
et al., 2009). The quality of the measurement model was examined by checking for the construct
reliability, convergent validity, discriminant validity and standardised factor loadings of each
construct in the model (Henseler et al., 2009). To report the results, we use the terms ‘latent variable’
(LV) and ‘construct’ interchangeably from here onwards.
