The descriptive analysis of the formulations by the trained
panellists was carried out using an incomplete randomised block
design, where t (number of treatments) ¼ 7; k (number of treatments
per session) ¼ 3; r (number of repetitions) ¼ 3; b (number of
sessions) ¼ 7; ʎ (number of times that 2 treatments appeared
together in the same block) ¼ 1; E ¼ 0.78, Type V. Each panellist
evaluated, in a monadic form, three formulations each session. The
sessions were held on two consecutive days (4 sessions on the first
day and 3 sessions on the second day of stored juices), with an
interval of at least 1 h between each session. The formulations were
presented at 4 C in 50 mL plastic cups coded with random 3-digit,
under white light.
