- Accomplish financial objectives through financial projections; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions to achieve the predetermined IRR and NPV.
- Presenting the the marketing plan and financial projections and pioneering the feasibility of the project.
- Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies and procedures to ensure that financial objective is reached
