same level; A4: Fall of person from height; A5: Striking
against fixed or stationary object; A6: Striking against
moving object; A7: Stepping on object; A8: Exposure to
or contract with harmful substance; A9: Contact with electricity
or electric discharge; A10: Trapped by collapsing or
overturning object; A11: Struck by moving or falling
object; A12: Struck by moving vehicle; A13: Contact with
moving machinery or object being machined; A14: Contact
with hot surface or substance; A15: Exposure to fire; A16:
Exposure to explosion; A17: Injured by hand tool; and
A18: Injured by fall of ground.
By studying the literatures, it is found that risk is normally
considered as the combination of incident frequency
and consequences. Risk is thus quantified by the following
