Job Description
To provide accurate information and assistance to customers in the markets covered by the consolidated Trace Center on delivery information, customs clearance information; to communicate with customers experiencing service or delivery problems and resolve issues with customers and service complaints with the objective to achieve customer satisfaction and retain customers
Requirements
Secondary education/ Diploma/ Degree or above
At least 1 year of working experience, preferably in the service industry
Mature with initiative and patience to serve customers over the phone
Effective communication and problem resolution skills
Able to work under pressure and adapt to changes at short notice
Good command of written and spoken English (preferable)
Fresh graduate will be considered
Working hours
44 hours per week
Work 5 to 5.5 days per week
Willing to work in shifts, including Saturdays and public holidays
Work Location
Head Office at Green Tower Building, Rama 4 Rd.
