Tabby is now preparing for her future college plans in Thailand. She is going to find an on-line practice website or take classes here soon for the TOEFL test. Then she will take the TOEFL test for college entrance. She is going to contact the college and see when the deadline it. She is trying to be responsible. This is good. She is doing well at school. She is off to a great start for her second semester. She attended the Professional Rodeo with the international students from Lutheran. She has a part in the school Musical production called “The King and I”. She will be on stage in February. She is very excited. She seems very happy at the school.
Over the next months, there will be preparation for her graduation in May.
Homestay Summary: Tabby will be missed when she leaves the host family. They all continue to get along well. They study in the host home together. They seem to all encourage each-other. All four girls are in the school play that is in February. Since both the parents are teachers at Lutheran, they seem to have adjusted better than some families to having 4 nationalities under one roof. One of the fun things that this family does after dinner is play games. Whoever loses has to do the dishes. This weekend, the family was going to the mountains to see ice-sculptures. It will be cold but beautiful.
Concluding Remarks: I always look forward to seeing Tabby. She is a sweet young woman.
