Role & Responsibilities :
Handle job posting for vacancy job on external and internal and other recruitment activities.
Handle candidate sourcing and screening process to match with position requirement.
Arranging interview process.
Preparing employment contract, employee profile (hard copy & electronic file) and confirm new employee to concerned parties.
Handle time attendance process and all employee leave record for monthly payroll process.
Handle overtime record and overtime payment for monthly payroll process.
Handle employee medical welfare reimbursement process by checking, record in P-car give welfare information to employee and medical claim report for payment.
Conduct training course arrangement, training enrollment, training registration, training record, training evaluation and training report for management review and Department of Skill Development.
Responsible for any assignment related to HR & Training task as required by superiors.
