Jooyeon looked at the door when she heard a voice and with a little cry she finished putting on her shirt, her face red as a tomato.
"Uee! You don't know how to knock?"Jooyeon said, looking away, hidding her blush.
"I didn't think you were half-." Uee said burying her face in her hands.
A strange silence reigned between the two girls, who didn't dare look at each other face. Uee cleared he throat and looked back at Jooyeon, who still looking elsewhere.
"Well, I came to tell you that Kahi, Nana and Bekah are here and they want to eat the usual." Uee said, her face still flushed. Jooyeon looked up and smiled, approaching her. Uee's heart began to beat very rapidly.
"Thanks for telling me." Jooyeon said putting a hand on Uee's shoulder. "But next time knock the door, I don't want you to catch me if one day I'm watching and ing beastly." Jooyeon said, laughing. Uee big eyes grew bigger, while her cheeks became tinged with red at the thought of what Jooyeon had said. "Kidding." Jooyeon said, putting Uee's hair behind her ear. "Oh, and another thing. Stop blushing so much because how cute you are is unbearable." Jooyeon said and left the office, leaving Uee inside with her heart beating so fast and her cheeks flushed.
"Phew... Lee Jooyeon... Don't you get an idea of how much you affect me." Uee said, leaning against the wall and burying her face in her hands. To Uee, Jooyeon was the most perfect person in the world. She was funny, kind, generous with her employees and friends and very sincere. She was always cracking jokes, making the time more enjoyable. She was also the big tease, but that only made her more adorable. She had her own restaurant, which was quite successful. She was one of the most famous chefs in the city. Moreover, She was a ing ulzzang, so she was damn hot. Uee had 6 months working for Jooyeon and from the firts day, she was in love with her. "Wait a minute... She just said that I'm cute?! KYYYYYYYYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHH!!"
In the kitchen, Jooyeon was preparing Kahi, Nana and Bekah's food, with a big smile on her face. As her hands moved nimbly among the pots and pans in her mind was repeated again and again Uee's flushed face. Jooyeon would add a little salt to the food when...
"KYYYYYYYYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHH!!" Uee's cry was heard throughout the restaurant, but only the new customers were startled. Regular customers were accustomed to hear Uee screaming because this happened every time she and Jooyeon spoke of something and Jooyeon ended by saying something that made Uee's heart stopped for a moment. Once Uee was kneeling on the floor, trying to catch a coin that had fallen under a cabinet, when Jooyeon entered the room.
"You have a beautiful Uee. I would love to bite it." Jooyeon said. The cry that Uee burst that time was the highest and longest of all, exactly 27 seconds.
Jooyeon grinned listening Uee's cry, while still cooking. To Jooyeon, Uee was the most adorable person she had met. She was a very shy person when she was around new people and she went crazy when she was with her friends. She was very sympathetic and she worried that her friends were always good. Her big dark eyes were very expressive, so that all her emotions were visible through them. She was a very sweet, so Jooyeon was hopelessly in love with her.
"Kim Uee... Someday I'll make you scream like that in my bed." Jooyeon said, serving the food on plates and bringing it herself to Kahi's table.
"Yo ~ Kahi, Nana and Bekah." Jooyeon said, putting the dishes on the table.
"Unnie!" Nana and Bekah shouted, hugging Jooyeon.
"Yo ~ Joo." Kahi said, tasting the food. "Oh, ing hell, every day you cooking is better!" Jooyeon smiled.
"You know you have the best roommate in the world, Kahi-unnie." Jooyeon said and Kahi nodded her head many times, without stopping eating. "Well, I was just passing by to say hello. I have to go back to the kitchen, there are many things to do." Jooyeon said and walked away with a smile on her face as she said good-bye with her hand.
When Kahi, Bekah and Nana had eaten the two younger girls looked intently at the older. Kahi looked at them and sighed.
"You want to know what happens to me?" Kahi said and Nana and Bekah nodded. Kahi proceeded to explain to Nana and Bekah how she felt, the sadness of not knowing where Jungah is, the promise of always being together and how she felt empty without her. The two girls looked at her with tears in their eyes.
"It's a beautiful story, Appa." Nana said, wiping her tears away.
"But you've gone looking her in her the house?" Bekah asked. Kahi nodded.
"When I came back from Europe 9 years ago, it was the first thing I did." Kahi said. "I went where she lived, but the current resident of the house told me that her family moved because Jungah's parents were divorced 3 years ago and Jungah had gone to live with her mother. I asked him if he knew where they lived now, but he didn't know." Kahi sighed.
"Don't worry Appa." Nana said, clutching Kahi's hand. "I'm sure you'll find her soon." Nana smiled and Kahi smiled back.
"I think like Nana, Appa, the story you've told us is too beautiful to not have a happy ending." Bekah smiled too.
"Thank you kids, I hope that." Kahi looked at her watch. "Oh hell, I have to call Dambi, I promised that today I'll call her." Kahi said, standing up and pulling out her wallet. "Girls, I have to go now. Here you have the money to pay, I'll pay. Eat ice cream of coffe for dessert if you want. See you tomorrow in class." Kahi said, walking away after kissing both girls' forehead and leave money on the table. Bekah and Nana looked her leaving.
"Poor Appa, I imagine how bad she has to be feeling." Nana said, sighing.
At that time the restaurant door opened and 3 people entered. Bekah's eyes sparkled with joy, as she rose from her chair to her feet. Nana looked at her like she was crazy.
"What the are you doing?" Asked Nana.
"Raina! Babe! "Bekah shouted waving her hand in the air while jumping excitedly. Raina's eyes widened as a smile appeared on her face and she walked quickly to Bekah, followed by Lizzy and Jungah.
