The sea water is visible and turquoise. Lives under the water here is interesting. From Koh Ngai, you may see several small islands scattering nearby. In addition to sun bathing under shadow of the trees, around Koh Ngai is the excellence for snorkeling. Mask and snorkel sets and fins can be rented from resorts for 50 Baht each, or you can take half-day snorkeling tours to nearby islands (about 700 Baht/Person). Those islands include Koh Chuak, Koh Ma, Koh Mook and Morakot Cave, etc. Another interesting activity is a trip to Koh Rok Nok, 29 kms southwest of Koh Ngai, cost 1200 Baht by speedboat (plus the marine national park fee).
