We are required to carry out essential maintenance on the ECHO system by a Vodafone engineer from the UK. The ECHO telephony system is scheduled to be down for 20 mins in order to complete the physical reboot of Echo Phybridge units to restore remote connectivity.
For this reason, there will be an outage of ECHO telephone service on Thursday (30th Jan) from 07:30 – 07:50 hrs, all other services (F3G) will continue to operate as normal during this period of time.
