I don’t understand why your team didn’t response to VMware on their ROI report requested, those event I was happen in your countries and normally your team talk directly VMware team, so you have to know how ROI for those event please defined ROI before commit to arrange the event.
For Thailand PM just help you for the internal claim process, she wasn’t in the event and didn’t get any report form your side, how can she to report ROI to VMware?
Please do ROI report for VMware and response for their questions ASAP.
