Wat Phai Lom
Situated across the Chantaburi River from Si Chan Road established the Wat Phai Lom construct during the reign of King Rama III. The walls of the temple are decorated with the mural paintings telling the story of the life of Lord Buddha, Chinese floral themes and illustrations of the foreigners. The Architecture and ornamentation of the temple brings the contact of the people with the western world.
Catholic Church
Situated on the Chanthanimit Road on the coast of the river, the Catholic Church is the biggest structure model of Catholic faith in Thailand. Built in 1909 AD with Gothic architectural style, the genuine roof was taken down during World War II to make it not obvious and to intercept it from being the possible target.
Wat Thong Thua
Wat Thong Thua is the mark of an ancient Bot, which was constructed over a Khmer-style temple. You may find a huge collection of ancient Khmer sculptures such as lintels, sandstone door columns, and inscription stone at the site. In the proximity is also the Muang Phaniat Archaeological Site. The remains of laterite base of a huge Khmer religious sanctuary and moats mark the southern limit of the town. The ancient town was assumed to be inhabited from the 12th to the 16th centuries of the Buddhist Era.
