1. Chill sample before check in cooling water for constant temperature: it should be 20ºC at the prism of refractometer)
2. Introduce one or two drops of the sample directly on the prism.
3. Allow the temperature to stabilize for 5-10 seconds.
4. Read the refractometer Brix from display area.
5. Apply temperature correction factor if not operated in SP-QA-43 Temperature correction (temperature compensated mode).
- One can : the packing media is so cloudy
- One can : the packing media is so light (look like light syrup)
- Both cans : they founds off taste of pineapple
