Greetings from Lazada krub hope all is well on your side. Just would like to share with you on the status of GMM shop with Lazada as well as key pointers and next steps.
As you maybe aware we have launched the shop in shop since DEC 7th http://www.lazada.co.th/gmmshops/ where we have featured GMM on our main Lazada banner however, performance has not been as well as expected due to several reasons.
1. Banners/Graphics were not quite ready
2. No clear segmentation (see below) current version very difficult for customers to differentiate what GMM is trying to offer (Apart from Vinyl and T-shirts)
3. Assortments : Currently very low (only 77 in total, 13 Fashion, 4 Movies, 5 TV Series and 55 Music) based on our discussion we recommend at least 3 pages of "each" segment hence 100+ for Fashion, 100+ for music and so forth.
4. Offer : A lof of items are running at full price with no discount level. As we have shared with you customer always expect to see some sort of discount level on line
Priorities + Next steps
To create a successful launch we would recommend you to do the following and we need to do this in a much faster paste
1. Review wording for your banner : Top right should label "Pop/Rock" and the one underneath should label "Local or ลูกทุ่ง" for a clearer segmentation
2. Need more assortments : We strongly recommend you to add a lot more assortments (at least 100+ for each segment) currently there are only 4 items under "Local music"
3. Strong offer : GMM should go with a big bang on this launch with some sort of special offer to customers i.e. 50% store wide discount on all CDs, Fashion or Movies to get people excited (Other brands have done this with us before which proven to be very successful)
I know its a lot to ask in such a tight timeline but this is so that you have a successful launch with us. The campaign starts tomorrow and we only have 3 days to push your shop, if not then you will miss the biggest campaign of the year which will be such a shame given how hard we have pushed this together.
