For the September Committee Meeting, we reviewed a large number of C.P. company written
materials and recommended that policies should be updated and practical guidance and
manuals should be drafted.
Given that the previous review work focused on written policies and materials on Disclosure
and Transparency, it was recommended that the following further analyses be undertaken:
Further work to understand existing compliance and risk management structures in
relation to disclosure and transparency issues.
Further work to understand current day-to-day procedures and interactions
on disclosure and transparency issues, including whistle-blowers.
Following the above, further recommendations to be submitted for the Committee’s
review and consideration.
