What are KPI’s
Key performance indicators (KPIs) are
quantifiable measurements that reflect
the critical success factors of an
organization. They will differ depending
on the organization and the business at
hand and should be determined in the
planning phase. An example KPI is the
percentage of computers set to default
energy saving features.
What are performance targets?
Targets are the actual numeric value you
aim to achieve related for a given KPI. If
your KPI is having a percentage of
computers third‐party certified, your
target may be 75 per cent of computers
will be set to default energy saving
