We cannot get back to shipper and tell them the s/line will bill thb 1000 because of the booking cancellation which we made it by today before cy date .
My customer and I have NEVER paid and incurred the case like you are asking us to bear this cost
Please note most of carriers always support and collect nothing from us even we cancel booking before /on cy date .
When we change the service to another carrier ,we do hope to get the good /flexible /negotiable service in order to make our process easier /not make us more inconvenient .
