User control means the full control of shape, ingredients and materials, which may significantly impact food creativity design. User control interface design involves three functions: 1) providing tools on shape design and material selection for customized food piece design, 2) transforming this design into a computerized 3D model, and 3) planning dispensing pathway and processing associated parameters. Thus, developing an interactive user interface linking with an open-access web-based
