Please be informed that this policy is implemented not only during 12.00 to 13.30 pm but also for leaving the site during 17.30 pm to 22.00 pm for dayshift staff and during 06.00 am to 10.00 am. All exits and entries after the working hours must be properly authorized and submitted to the check post before leaving the site. If there is no authorization for any personnel to leave the site and they have been permitted to go through the check point, both the exiting personnel and the security guard also will receive a written warning.
All the Department Managers are requested to instruct their subordinates to implement accordingly without any exceptions unless during emergency cases.
