Day 1: Juice only (some folks start with water diluted OJ)
Day 2: Juice and broth, some light fruit and/or a veggie based soup (there are recipes here: search for Cauliflower soup to find my soup)
Day 3: Juice, broth, soup, fruit. Maybe some raw veggies
Day 4: All of the above. Veggies, salad, etc. All raw
Day 5: If desired, start with minimal whole grains, although the above diet is very clean and you can extend it
