1. Line a large plate with parchment paper (The parchment paper will keep the cookie from sticking. You need a large plate to keep the cookie stable and to let it spread as it will spread out quite a bit.) Melt butter in a small bowl or mug. Add in remaining ingredients except chocolate chips. Mix with a whisk until batter is smooth.
2. Using a spatula, scrape cookie into a big lump into the middle of large plate lined with parchment paper. The dough will be wet and sticky so try to handle only with the spatula. Slightly shape the cookie dough so it is evenly spread and round. Drop chocolate chips on surface.
3. Cook for 50 seconds (don't cook for longer as it will overcook the cookie). Let cookie cool for a few minutes before eating.
