Shopee user ruttawun transferred money directly to seller banknaja (not through Shopee), who is banned for selling counterfeit products ka.
Ruttawun has no way of contacting banknaja right now whether her parcel has been sent.
Was wondering if we are allowed to give the customer banknaja's phone number/contact details for them to talk and settle it out ka?
