The initial ANI concentration for all measurements was 0.4 M.The electrogrowth of ANI and nanocomposites indicates that upon repeated scans, new redox processes appeared at lower potentials(Ea= 0.09 V for ANI, Ea= 0.03 V for ANI/TiO2, Ea= 0.15 V for ANI/Agand Ea= 0.08 V for ANI/Zn), indicating the formation of an electroac-tive polymer film. CV application results in the formation of radicalcations by the release of electrons from the monomer. Generatedelectroactive monomers form dimers and transform into oligomersby releasing hydrogen ions. The dimers are subsequently oxidizedagain and coupled with another oxidized segments. Finally, thePANI and PANI/TiO2, PANI/Ag and PANI/Zn nanocomposite filmswere formed on the Al1050 electrode
