It's time for your Check-In Conversation! You should receive an email from your manager or reach out to them regarding scheduling a time for this conversation.
Your next steps are to complete the following:
STEP 1 - Prior to the conversation, be sure to review your Check-In Conversation Summary.
• To access this report, log into Workday here. After you log in, navigate to your profile by clicking on your name and selecting View Profile.
• Next, click on the Performance Review tab and the Performance Review sub-tab. Click on the Create PDF link next to the Check-In Conversation under Completed Reviews.
STEP 2 - After the conversation, it is important that you acknowledge that the conversation was conducted.
• Log into Workday then click on your name and select Inbox. There will be an available task which will allow you to acknowledge that the conversation was conducted and provide optional comments on the discussion.
• Once complete, click Submit. Please note that your comments will be available to your manager.
