If we have any key orders entered to BU whereby delivery is already late or potentially will be delayed (which will seriously impact our quarterly sales forecast and/or with L.D. impact), pls. use the attached template to raise it up as a Red Flag. Soo Wee could assist to engage the support of respective global Supply Chain team members to further look into the matter, and work with BU/vendors to try bring the delivery back on track or minimise the delay.
