The results of the study show that there is a significant relationship between an individual’s QWL and psychological well-being. Moreover, QWL is found to be an important predictor of an employee’s psychological well-being. The findings of the study provide an insight into various aspects of work and working environment that contribute significantly towards an employee’s well-being. The study suggests that human resource (HR) managers should take into account their employees’ QWL while formulating organizational policies. Implications
