Please see the attachment for the sales and distribution achieved in 2nd quarter.
There are 2 reports in distribution sheet, 2nd quarter achievement and 3rd quarter target.
The 2nd quarter(Apr to June) I have disqualify UD, KK branch and CM 3 & 4 for the distribution incentive.
Due to their outlets decrease than the previously in year 2015 and they have already took the reward in 2015.
I have set all the target for the 3rd quarter (Jul to Sep), for UD and KK will start all over again.
UD 180 outlets and KK 150 outlets is the minimum outlets must be sell in.
The incentive will be start count from the minimum outlets.
All managers, please explain to your team for this program, tell them to be honest and don’t try to cheat Kun Jason.
Up to date, for the best salesman was leading by CM 5 June, his average sales increase by 240.26%.
As for the best branch incentive, the position as below:
1. Phitsanulok – 102.03%
2. Chiangmai – 101.77%
3. Khon Kaen – 98.99%
4. Udon Thani – 75.10%
