According to TLFeBook (2014), quality is defined as ability of products or services to meet needs based on customer’s perceptions how well the product or service and achieve by conforming within an organisation. Fail (2014) defined quality into five definitions which are conformance to specifications, fitness for use, value for price paid, support services and psychological criteria. Quality attributes and measure is like when the organisation has proper quality system, they will obtain benefits, such as ensure the business is in an order and structured way and resources are used efficiently with least wasted. Quality system can be applied to individual teams and division, targeted processes, one-off projects and initiatives, products, services, brand and the whole organisation.
